This training is designed to be a place where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and speaking openly about the challenges you face on the job. Safety isn’t about memorizing rules—it’s about understanding the real hazards around you and feeling confident in how to handle them.

I spent 16 years in the industry, starting back in 2010. Before stepping into the role of head trainer, I worked as a site superintendent, which means I’ve been in the field, dealt with the same risks you face, and understand what it takes to keep a crew safe while keeping the work moving.

Every training you’ll see here is something I’ve built myself. Nothing is off-the-shelf or generic (except the videos). I tailor each session to match the actual hazards you encounter on a mine site—because safety training only works when it reflects the real world you work in. If there’s something specific you want covered or a situation you’ve run into please speak up. I am always open for questions.

By the time we’re done, my goal is for you to walk away not just informed, but confident, prepared, and empowered to look out for yourself and your team.
